To get into your wordpress backoffice to post your video if you are using a wordpress.org blog you just type in www.yourdomainname.com/wp-admin so if your website was johnsmith.com to login to the backoffice you would go to http://www.johnsmith.com/wp-admin and then login with your user name and password you where given when you created the blog.
